About cache, cookies, and history
Web browsers use a browser cache to improve performance for frequently used webpages. Cache makes it faster for the browser to read data or information that is stored in files called cookies rather than have to re-read a webpage.
Occasionally, a webpage or website will undergo maintenance and you may need to pull a fresh copy of all of the information. Below are links to clear cache in our supported web browsers:

- Microsoft Edge (clearing the browser history clears cache and cookies)
