Those with parent/guardian credentials may log into our Grades 5-12 Information System to view student grades and attendance. Please note, grades and attendance are updated nightly as our course system syncs with the information system.
- Log into https://sis.ilvirtual.org with the parent/guardian credentials (username and password) that were emailed to you from ivshelp@ilvirtual.org when the student created his/her IVS account.
To view Grades:
- Scroll down past the Announcements to locate the student's section of the menu on the left hand side. You will then click the Grades option/link.
- In the new Grades Detail screen, click the down arrow at the Select Course option and select the current course. If your student is enrolled in more than one course, you must select one course at a time to view grades.
- The Grade Statistics area will appear listing the Grade to Date for this selected as of the night before. (NOTE: The course system and this information system sync overnight).
- All assignments are listed in the table, showing the score for those assignments that have been grade, as well as those assignments yet to be completed and graded.
To view Attendance:
- Locate the student's section of the menu on the left hand side and click the Attendance option/link.
- In the new Attendance Detail screen, click the down arrow at the All Sections area and select the current course. If your student is enrolled in more than one course, you must select one course at a time to view grades.
- The time in course for overall and for each month is listed - as of the night before. (NOTE: The course system and this information system sync overnight).
